CAUCE GESTIONES Y FINANZAS SL commits to protecting any confidential data on our customers, users and visitors and to complying with all existing legal regulations. According to the legal directive 15/1999 from December, 13th regarding protection of personal data, the Group of companies Cauce commits to storing and strictly keeping confidential any available personal data. Furthermore, all necessary measures will be taken in order to prevent unauthorised access, modification, loss or processing of data. In so doing, current technological standards will be taken into account.

Accordingly:

  • Data gathered via forms, emails or any other means serve exclusively the purposes specified in the forms.
  • We will neither sell nor make available user data to third parties.
  • We will only contact users in order to provide requested services.
  • Any user is entitled to view his or her data, submit an objection or request modifications or deletions via email.
